The Wellness Teams app and the accompanying and integrated My Health Group web portal apply to the job of staying healthy many of the same concepts great sports teams and world-class organizations use to drive their performance. Most importantly, teamwork, goal setting and keeping score.
- Team creation: Anyone can start a team or join one created by somebody else
- Points: Users get points for taking steps, reading articles, writing blogs and much, much more
- Team Standings: Organizations with lots of teams can connect them together to see which teams are doing better on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Apple Watch & Fitbit integration: With your permission, key data from these "sensors" is automatically uploaded so it can be counted for points
